Let us quickly understand about the special labor protection shoes.

Labor protection shoes are shoes that have a safety protective effect on the feet. There are many types of it, such as toe protection , puncture prevention, insulation,  acid  and alkali resistance, etc. The selection of labor protection shoes should be based on the nature and degree of hazards in the working environment.

(1) The so-called safety shoes refer to the steel toe on the inner layer of the toe, which can protect the safety of the toes of the feet and avoid being hit or crushed when worn. The shoes are suitable for wearing in light and heavy work places, construction industry, transportation industry or public institutions (such as fire brigade, police station...) and general affairs or small processing workplaces.

(2) If there is a puncture-resistant steel plate between the sole and the midsole, it can prevent iron nails from penetrating the midsole and stabbing the feet to achieve a protective effect. Generally, such as heavy work sites or construction sites, there are often iron nails, iron filings, and glass fragments on the ground in the construction site environment. To prevent feet from being injured by foreign objects, it is suitable to wear safety shoes with "anti-puncture steel plates" on the bottom.

(3) Safety shoes are classified according to the nature of the operation and the molding structure. Customers can choose: 

1. Nature of work:

                         (1) For heavy work (H-type safety shoes) 

                         (2) For general work (S-type safety shoes)

                         (3) For light work (L-shaped safety shoes)

2. Puncture resistance: 

                         (1) Those that are resistant to iron nail penetration are represented by A

                         (2) Those that are not resistant to iron nail penetration are represented by B 

3. The name of the forming structure of safety shoes: 

                         (1) Goodyear method, referred to as G method

                         (2) Adhesion method, referred to as C type

                         (3) Injection molding method, referred to as Type I 

                         (4) Direct vulcanization pressing method, referred to as V type 

4. Examples: (1) Safety shoes made of leather, for heavy-duty work (with anti-puncture steel plate), adhesive method, represented by HAC 

                        (2) Safety shoes made of leather, for light work (without anti-puncture steel plate), Goodyear style, represented by LBG 

(4) In order to ensure the safety of wearing shoes, the shoe testing is based on CNS6863 Leather Shoes Safety Shoes Standard. 

1. The impact resistance test of the finished steel head of the safety shoes is tested with a 23kg weight. The height depends on the nature of the operation (for example: H type 45 cm/S type 30 cm/L type 12 cm). After the safety shoes are subjected to pressurized static load, the pressurizing conditions according to the nature of the operation are: (H type 1400 kg/S type 1100 kg/L type 450 kg). 3. The finished product is tested for anti-puncture and is subjected to a static load of 50 kg. The test result shall not allow penetration.
